Associated Office
Genna Ohrn is a Transaction Manager for the Advisory & Transaction Services practice, specifically supporting the Senior Industrial & Logistics team consisting of Matt Mulvihill, Kevin Segerson, Cal Payne, and Philip Deboer. Her comprehensive background in property marketing allows her to expertly provide support for overall marketing efforts. Joining the team with previous real estate experience has allowed her to develop keen marketing strategies across traditional print, direct mail, and digital marketing platforms that help potential clients view a property in its best light. This knowledge, couple with her aptitude for project management, contributes to the team’s extensive portfolio reach, getting property listings in front of as many eyes as possible.

With deep knowledge of local market dynamics, the team executed on long-term supply chain objectives and identified strategic buyers for nearly 1,000,000 SF of redundant manufacturing plants in less than 18 months.
