Dave Meaden

Dave Meaden is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Dallas office, where he and his team manage transactions for their clients within the local market and represent national companies with their portfolio needs across the country. They focus solely on representing their customers’ interests and specialize in formulating transaction management strategies and processes to help align a company's portfolio of properties with the company's business strategy while driving down costs.

Dave brings a wide breath of experience and knowledge to his role representing corporations. A 40-year commercial real estate veteran, Dave began his brokerage career at Trammell Crow Company in Chicago representing industrial companies as consumer product companies began to decentralize their distribution networks. Most recently, Dave and his family have been based in San Antonio acquiring, repositioning and developing real estate assets in second tier markets across Texas.

Over the course of his career, Dave has negotiated over 30 million square feet of leases and acquired approximately 300 acres on behalf of industrial customers. He has twice been named by Real Estate Forum magazine as a Superstar Broker and received numerous leasing and brokerage awards at Trammell Crow Company.

• Bachelor degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University
• Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin
