Client Testimonials
It’s really not hard to say good things about CBRE. Before we had even signed as a client with them, we had a major lease agreement in the late stages of negotiations. Before it came time to print the ink to the lease agreement, we had the CBRE team look at it. They took about a week to review it, and came back to us with several ideas to add value. They ultimately saved our company hundreds of thousands of dollars in lease commitments at the last minute." We’ve been with CBRE for nearly eight years now, and I’ve never questioned our relationship. I get calls weekly from other firms and my answer has been the same for eight years – our relationship (with CBRE) is good, and I don’t foresee any changes coming due to our consistent successes with them.
CBRE is the kind of company that you want to work with. Throughout my involvement with the CBRE team, I have seen firsthand the kind of quality people that the company employs and the time and attention they give to their clients. Not only are they equipped and capable of getting the job done, they are caring people. They make our business, my colleagues and me a priority. When I look at CBRE, I don’t see a third-party vendor, but an extension of my direct team. We communicate daily, and not just to fight fires, but to continue building and implementing our strategic vision together. Major projects and minor ones alike, no project is too big or too small, and they are all met with the same exceptional effort and enthusiasm.
