Seth Kelly is Vice Chairman at CBRE, Inc., Global Corporate Services Group in Dallas, Texas where he and his team manage transactions for their clients and the network of CBRE brokers within the local market and represent national companies with their portfolio needs across the country. The team focuses solely on representing the tenant’s interest. They specialize in formulating transaction management strategies and processes to help align a company’s portfolio of properties with the company’s business strategy while driving down costs. Together, he and his teammates have successfully handled transactions totaling more than 250 million square feet.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kelly was with Trammell Crow Company for 11 years, where he became a principal prior to the firm being acquired by CBRE in 2006.
