Seth Ramey is Vice President at CBRE in Dallas, where his focus is managing his clients’ industrial global real estate portfolios. Seth and his team specialize in formulating transaction management strategies and processes to help align their clients’ property portfolios with their overall company business strategy, while simultaneously driving down costs and optimizing their supply chain footprint. Together, he and his teammates have successfully handled transactions totaling more than 250 million sq. ft. Seth specifically focuses on account management, ensuring that his clients are receiving the full impact of the CBRE global platform.
With over 11 years in real estate, he is an expert in developing and implementing innovative solutions with supporting technology for domestic and international corporate portfolios. Prior to his current role, Seth worked in Client Solutions for both CBRE Advisory & Transactions and Global Workplace Solutions.
His experience with different lines of business at CBRE combined with his background in consulting, technology, operations, and strategy enables him to provide optimal solutions for his clients. He is able to leverage CBRE’s vast platform of services, expertise, information, systems, industry-leading resources, and award-winning technology to build the optimal account infrastructure for each client, ensuring transformative service delivery programs and highly successful results.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his twin baby girls and has dreams spending more time on his hobbies that include golf, ice hockey, fly fishing, and skiing.
