Derrek Ostrzyzek joined CBRE in 2024 as a co-leader of the Southern California Institutional Multifamily Capital Markets team, specializing in multifamily transactions. Derrek’s unique investment background includes expertise in evaluating and acquiring all four major real estate asset disciplines, including retail, industrial, office and multifamily. His responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, marketing execution and designing transactions structures that maximize value for property owners.
Derrek has a proven track record as a leading multifamily broker, covering both Northern and Southern California markets. Additionally, he served as a director with Invesco covering Southern California multifamily and focusing on the full spectrum of asset types from development to core opportunities.
Derrek is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington.
