JR Calhoun joined CBRE in 2024 as a financial analyst for the Institutional Capital Markets team that specializes in multifamily investment sales, land development sales, and equity capitalizations throughout Southern California. Responsibilities include underwriting, market research, BOV and OM creation, and transaction management.

Prior to joining CBRE, JR worked as an analyst on the institutional multifamily investment sales team at Berkadia, covering all of Southern California. Prior to joining Berkadia, he worked as an analyst for the private industrial developer Panattoni, covering ground-up development in the Los Angeles, Houston, and Tennessee/Florida/Virgina markets.

JR played collegiate soccer at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in business, with an emphasis in finance. He is a Southern California native who enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and traveling in his spare time.
