Mike Murphy joined CBRE as a member of our Multifamily Institutional Capital Markets Team. Mr. Murphy’s experience includes the sale of existing communities, pre-sale of projects under development, condominium conversions/reversions, timeshares, and raw land; in addition to conventional apartment operations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Murphy covered the Southern California market with other major real estate firms, with additional experience in the Pacific Northwest and Phoenix. His assignments have included experience with value-add repositioning, properties in lease-up, ground leases, tax-exempt bond financing, and tax credits. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Arizona.
