Prior to joining CBRE, Kenji held roles in various other real estate firms, gaining extensive experience in multifamily advisory services and institutional development. Leveraging this diverse background, he brings a dynamic approach that enables him to deliver strategic insights and tailored solutions.
Kenji is an alumnus of the University of San Diego, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and English Literature. He is an LA native, and in his spare time, he enjoys surfing, reading, and playing volleyball. He is also an active member of ULI, LACRA, and the BIA.
