Gavin Kester is an Associate on Jake Bobek and Scott Steuber’s team at CBRE’s West LA office in Century City, CA. He assists occupiers of office and industrial space by analyzing their real estate portfolios and developing unique, thoughtful, and thorough strategies.
Together with Scott Steuber, Jake Bobek, Jonathan Dezzutti, Mike Fisher, and Marie Razon, Gavin is a member of one of the firm’s preeminent occupier representation teams focused on advising tenants on their global portfolio, workplace, and real estate strategies. The team has over 35 years of combined real estate experience in advising organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies, large professional service firms, and multi-market companies with complex and diverse real estate portfolios. In addition to portfolio transaction and advisory work, the team works hand-in-hand with CBRE’s Consulting Group to provide clients with best-in-class consulting services on various real estate and workplace-related topics.
A Los Angeles native, Gavin attended Indiana University, where he majored in Management. Before joining CBRE, he worked with coworking operators across Los Angeles, Dallas, and Denver, helping them grow their tenant base.
Outside the office, you can find Gavin on the golf course, at the beach, or hiking with family and friends.
