Jon joined CBRE in 2025, after a successful 20-year tenure at Savills, where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to occupier clients across the globe. Over the course of his career, Jon has completed more than $3 billion in transactions and negotiated over 2.5 million square feet of space.
At CBRE, Jon leverages the firm’s global platform and industry-leading resources to deliver tailored, data-driven real estate solutions. Building on his thorough understanding of commercial real estate trends and clients’ financial and operational objectives, Jon provides a comprehensive array of occupier advisory services, including strategic planning, portfolio management, lease negotiation, space planning, and dispositions. His project experience ranges from corporate headquarters relocations and international portfolio management to building sales, purchases, and build-to-suit projects.
As a dedicated advocate for his clients, Jon utilizes the power of negotiations to optimize cost savings and uncover new opportunities. He has successfully negotiated transactions for a wide range of public, private, nonprofit, private-equity, and Fortune 500 clients across the country. Jon has extensive experience advising companies in the financial and professional services sectors. His impressive client roster includes Dover, The Big Ten Conference, EN Engineering, LRS, Behavior Frontiers, Panasonic Avionics, Lennar Homes, Lawson Products, NFP, Cliffwater, Benesch, Ultimus LeverPoint, Applied Specialty Underwriters, 2U, Level Ex, Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), and numerous portfolio companies controlled by Thomas H. During his free time, Jon enjoys travelling with his wife and kids. Jon is also an avid runner and volunteers his time with Back on My Feet which uses running as a vehicle to help the homeless population of Los Angeles. He also is on the Leadership Cohort for Briskin Elementary School.
