Jonathan is a Director specializing in tenant representation with a focus on developing dynamic portfolio strategies that help his clients turn commercial real estate into a competitive advantage.
Executing over 15 million square feet of real estate transactions, Jonathan works with tenants across consulting, technology, e-commerce, entertainment, banking, legal, and other professional services industries.
Jonathan is a member of one of the firm's pre-eminent occupier representation teams focused exclusively on advising tenants. Together, the team brings over 40 years of combined experience advising Fortune 500 companies, large professional services firms, and multi-market organizations with complex, diverse real estate portfolios.
A Los Angeles native, Jonathan graduated from USC's Marshall School of Business. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked in New York City advising office tenants and landlords on commercial real estate transactions, and led listings for ten office projects.
His experience across the real estate industry in different asset types and global markets gives Jonathan a unique perspective on his clients' assignments.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, family & friends enjoying good food, travel, and cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers and USC Trojans.
