Jonathan is a Senior Transaction Manager specializing in global portfolio management, tenant representation, lease and financial analysis, and developing portfolio strategies and processes. Managing a global portfolio totaling 500+ locations and 10M SF, Jonathan works with tenants in a variety of industries, including consulting, technology, e-commerce, entertainment, banking, legal and other professional services.
Together with Scott Steuber, Jake Bobek, Mike Fisher, Quinn Edwards, and Marie Razon, Jonathan is a member of one of the firm’s pre-eminent occupier representation teams focused on solely advising tenants on their global portfolio, workplace, and real estate strategies. The team has over 35 years of combined real estate experience in advising organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies, large professional service firms, and multi-market companies with complex & diverse real estate portfolios. In addition to portfolio transaction & advisory work, the team works hand-in-hand with Emily Botello’s Workplace & America’s Consulting Group to provide clients best in class consulting services on various real estate & workplace related topics.
Jonathan, a Los Angeles native, graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Prior to joining CBRE, Jonathan worked in New York City where he advised office tenants and landlords on commercial real estate transactions. In this role, he also led listings for ten office buildings in Manhattan and Long Island City. Jonathan’s experience with a wide variety of tenants, landlords, asset types and global markets allows him to bring a unique perspective to his clients and assignments.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family & friends, enjoying good food, traveling, and cheering on the Lakers and USC Trojans!
