Michael Gray is a Senior Associate at CBRE, based in the West Los Angeles office in Century City. Joining the firm
in 2021, he specializes in tenant representation, landlord assignments, investment and owner-user sales, and
property development strategy.
Michael works with tenants in a variety of industries, including entertainment, media, technology, gaming,
finance, and other professional services. He adds value in the search process by identifying creative onand off-market opportunities, spearheading lease negotiations and ultimately the delivery of office space
to his clients. For landlords, Michael is involved in all aspects of the transaction services. His primary
responsibilities are tenant procurement, lead management, market intelligence, and lease negotiations.
Prior to CBRE, Michael worked at LA Realty Partners where he was a Director.
