With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jake has adeptly represented tenants across diverse sectors, including entertainment, transportation/logistics, professional services, technology, and automotive.
Working alongside Scott Steuber, Jonathan Dezzutti, Mike Fisher, Quinn Edwards, and Marie Razon, Jake leads one of the firm’s top high-performing occupier representation teams. His primary focus is providing strategic advice to tenants on global portfolio management, workplace optimization, and real estate strategies. Collectively, the team boasts more than 35 years of combined expertise, advising global Fortune 500 companies, large professional service firms, and multi-market organizations with intricate and diverse real estate portfolios.
Beyond portfolio transactions and advisory services, Jake and his team collaborate closely with CBRE’s America’s Consulting Group, delivering top-tier consulting services on various real estate and workplace-related matters.
Jake consistently ranks as a top performer in the market, dedicating his efforts to helping occupiers of office and industrial spaces align their real estate strategies with their business objectives. In 2017, Jake Bobek and Scott Steuber joined CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group, where they have successfully completed tens of millions of square feet in transactions.
