Henry Rolander, Financial Analyst in the Advisory & Transaction Services Practice, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. He is a member of the Location Incentives group and assists clients in the various aspects of incentives monitoring to ensure that contract terms are met and that all incentives negotiated are eventually collected by clients. In addition, he also has a large role in daily internal business practices. Henry is a demonstrated leader who is experienced in helping clients meet their needs under pressing timelines.
Prior to joining CBRE, Henry worked as a Project Manager and Analyst at Rolling Real Estate, where he conducted in-depth market research on multifamily investment opportunities, underwrote portfolio acquisitions, managed rental units for residential and commercial tenants, and oversaw condo developments.
