Spencer Donahue, Senior Consultant in the Advisory Services Practice, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. He is a member of the Location Incentives group and assists clients with site selection, economic incentives negotiations, and incentives monitoring. Spencer is a demonstrated leader who is experienced in helping clients meet their needs under pressing timelines.
Prior to his current role, Spencer worked as an intern for CBRE’s Location Incentives Group where he was responsible for research, compliance, and project assistance.
Prior to joining CBRE, Spencer also worked as a Financial Advisory & Money Management Intern at Ameriprise Financial and as a Financial Analyst Intern at In the Swim Discount Pool Supplies & Equipment while earning his degree.
