Logan Dawson, Vice President in the Advisory Services Practice, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. He is a member of the Location Incentives group and advises companies nationwide on complex site selection decisions and incentives negotiations.
Logan has over 15 years of experience in economic development, specializing in business location strategy, public financial incentives negotiations, site and infrastructure development, and strategic project management. In his career, Logan has successfully facilitated more than 300 economic development projects totaling over 33,000 new jobs and nearly $29 billion in private capital expenditures.
Prior to joining CBRE, Logan held key roles with One Columbus, Milwaukee 7 Regional Economic Partnership, Racine County Economic Development Corporation, and the Council of Development Finance Agencies.
Logan earned his Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and holds the Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) certification. He resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Taylor, and their rescue dogs, Otis and Connor.
