Kylie Wright, Senior Analyst in the Advisory Services Practice, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. She is a member of the Location Incentives group where she assists all project activities, including location analysis and data collection. She supports Fortune 500 companies with portfolio and location strategy both domestically and globally. Her experience spans office and industrial sectors, including headquarters relocations as well as the establishment of distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.
Prior to joining CBRE, she served as a research analyst in Dallas, TX, where she supported site selection initiatives. In that role, Kylie assisted clients in expanding their operations and portfolios into key markets throughout the United States.
Kylie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance-Real Estate and Marketing at TCU’s Neeley School of Business.
