Lauris Ajax is a member of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group, where she is a Director of Transaction Management. Her corporate clients include Core & Main, LP, and Pediatrix. Ms. Ajax is responsible for managing their transaction services including strategic planning and consulting services, market analysis, lease acquisitions and dispositions, purchase and sale negotiations, and financial analysis.
Previously, Ms. Ajax was the account manager for HD Supply Inc, GE Appliances/Haier, Assurant, and DS Waters. She was responsible for all transaction-related services provided to these large corporate clients.
Ms. Ajax has 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and business finance. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a Real Estate Administrator for American Honda Motor Company, Inc., where she worked on numerous transactions on behalf of the car manufacturer. These projects included managing the acquisition of real property, including cost analysis, purchase negotiations and due diligence, as well as lease acquisitions, renewals, buyouts, expansions and sharing agreements.
Ms. Ajax began her real estate career with Trammell Crow Company where she held several financial positions. Ms. Ajax was a Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant and a Project Accountant for the commercial real estate firm. She completed asset valuations for projects totaling more than $1 billion, forecasted and analyzed market trends, performed yearly audits and cash flow projections, supervised accounting responsibilities, and performed many other financial responsibilities.
