Madison Olinger is Director of Public/Private Partnerships at CBRE Chicago, where she works to strengthen the firm's relationships with civic leaders, public-private entities, nonprofit organizations, and industry associations across Chicago and Illinois, supporting business objectives and market-level initiatives. Madison also runs operations for one of the firm's highest-performing tenant representation teams.
Before joining CBRE in 2023, Madison served as Senior Aide to former Chicago Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and as Deputy Campaign Manager and Deputy Political Director for the Mayor's reelection campaign. Earlier in her career, she was with Res Publica Group, a Chicago-based public affairs agency that partners with private and public sector companies, government agencies, not-for-profits, and advocacy organizations to grow reputations, manage crises, shape public perception, and activate stakeholders.
Madison is a 2026 Council Member for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce's Emerging Leaders program and serves on the Junior Board of Personal PAC. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and lives in Chicago.
