Madison Olinger is Director of Public/Private Partnerships at CBRE Chicago. She leads and oversees engagement with civic leaders, public/private entities, nonprofit organizations, and industry associations across Chicago and Illinois to support firm objectives, and market-level initiatives. She also runs operations for one of the highest performing teams in the firm.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Madison was Senior Aide to former Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot and served as Deputy Campaign Manager/Deputy Political Director for the Mayor’s reelection campaign. Before that, Madison was with Res Publica Group, a Chicago-based public affairs agency that works with private and public sector companies, government agencies, not-for-profits, and advocacy organizations to grow reputations, manage crises, shape public perception, and activate stakeholders.
Madison serves as a 2026 Council Member for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders program and sits on the Junior Board of Personal PAC. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communications Management from the University of Dayton and lives in Chicago.
