Samantha Lublinkhof joined CBRE | Raleigh and CBRE | Triad in January 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. She is presently a Marketing Transaction Manager supporting the market’s leading Occupier Services team who provide tenant representation services for office users. In this position, she is responsible for design and marketing materials requests, as well as managing client communications through the complex transaction process.Samantha is also a member of the Public Relations team for the CBRE Raleigh and Triad region where she is responsible for handling internal and external communications between CBRE’s Raleigh and Triad offices, its employees and the public. She is the department head of Raleigh’s CBRE Cares, which is the company’s corporate giving and volunteerism arm in the USA. Samantha helps coordinate and implement fundraising events, volunteer opportunities and donations between the office, its employees, and the community.
Prior to joining CBRE, Samantha was a Communications Specialist for Pitt County Schools in Greenville, NC and part of the promotions team for East Carolina University’s College of Fine Arts and Communication’s Performing Arts Series.
