Associated Office
Samantha Lublinkhof joined CBRE in January 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. She is presently a Client Services Team Lead supporting the Triangle market’s leading Occupier Services team who provides tenant representation services for office users. In this position, she is responsible for design and marketing materials requests, as well as managing client communications through the complex transaction process.
Samantha is the department head of Raleigh’s CBRE Cares chapter, which is the company’s corporate giving and volunteerism arm in the USA. She helps coordinate and implement fundraising events, volunteer opportunities and donations between the office, its employees, and the community.
Prior to joining CBRE, Samantha was a Communications Specialist for Pitt County Schools in Greenville, NC and part of the promotions team for East Carolina University’s College of Fine Arts and Communication’s Performing Arts Series.

The team represented CAPTRUST with its headquarters totaling 105,000 SF in Raleigh, NC.
The team represented IQVIA/Q2 Solutions in its 326,000 square foot need of office and laboratory space in RTP, NC.
The team represented Truist in the purchase of Highwoods Tower I and II, totaling 360,000 square feet in Raleigh, NC.
The team represented Veradigm in its Raleigh location of 245,000 square feet.
