Mr. Foster is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Dallas Office, primarily focusing on arranging senior, bridge, mezzanine debt and equity for a wide variety of apartment/condominium, office, retail, industrial, hotel and other properties as well as development projects. He joined CBRE Debt & Structured Finance in January of 2018 as an analyst and has been active in every stage of the transaction process since.
In 2023, Bond was elevated to the CBRE production team, and now works collaboratively with the other groups within CBRE to secure funds from a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, life insurance companies, offshore and domestic banks, debt funds, mortgage REITS, endowment funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and other sources. In 2022, Mr. Foster and the rest of the team closed $2.6 Billion of debt and equity transactions, and they have closed over $11 Billion since 2018.
Bond graduated from the University of Georgia in 2016 with a degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Bond was an analyst on the Occupier Services side supporting CBRE’s Senior Managing Director and Sales Director in their oversight of DFW’s market leading office and industrial tenant representation teams.
