Brad Peters is a Director within CBRE Debt & Structured Finance group in Dallas. Mr. Peters is active in all aspects of debt financing for all the major property types with extensive experience in multi-family and agency transactions. Since joining CBRE in 2011 the Bryant-Wagley Team has completed over 950
transactions totaling over $21.4 billion in loan proceeds.
Prior to joining CBRE in March 2011, Mr. Peters worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC and its predecessor entities (Capmark Finance Inc. and GMAC Commercial Mortgage). Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Peters spent four years working for Deloitte & Touche LLP in the audit and assurance practice. Additionally, he served as an audit team member on a public utility Fortune 500 company in Richmond, Virginia, and Brad served as lead audit senior for a global independent power producer in Boston, where he coordinated the global audits of individual power plants in more than 12 countries.
