Victoria Langston is a senior DSF analyst with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance in Dallas. She has worked on underwriting numerous multifamily, retail and office deals across the country since joining CBRE in 2012.
Ms. Langston joined CBRE through its Wheel Program, a yearlong rotation where she spent time with multiple service lines, including multifamily investment sales, Asset Services, office investor leasing, Global Workplace Solutions, Debt & Structured Finance, and Valuation & Advisory Services.
Ms. Langston graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a degree in Marketing from the Mays Business School. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked in sales and marketing for PepsiCo, where she specialized in retail sales and consumer patterns, as well as growing the company’s restaurant portfolio.
