Melissa Majewski joined CBRE in late 2013 as part of the initial team to launch the Premier Borrower Program, which is a customer-focused program created to enhance the borrower experience within loan servicing. Ms. Majewski has many years of experience in customer service and has developed extensive knowledge of the Freddie Mac product type since joining CBRE.
The Premier Borrower Program began with roughly 30 clients and has now grown to service over 170 clients and manage in excess of 1,300 loans. The program has also expanded to include five client service representatives who perform an integral duty as a bridge in the servicing relationship between borrowers and lenders.
In addition to managing the Premier Borrower Program, Ms. Majewski also manages the Customer Service department at CBRE Loan Services. This team serves as the primary point of contact for borrowers and ensures that all inquiries are processed in a timely and professional manner.
Prior to CBRE, Ms. Majewski worked in the commercial real estate market in Houston, Texas, starting in 2002 in various capacities ranging from property management to sales.
