Chris Wong joined the Dallas office of CBRE Capital Markets in 1997 and is active in all areas of commercial debt and equity financing with extensive knowledge in multifamily transactions and Agency execution. Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Wong served as the regional controller for an investment firm managing approximately 2 million square feet of office buildings and prior to that position worked as an auditor and consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company involved with various engagements for major real estate and financial institutions.
Since joining the Dallas office of CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Wong has transacted more than $10.5 billion dollars in financial executions.
