Brett Medico is a Senior Transaction Manager with CBRE’s Occupier Advisory Services (OAS) team. The OAS team implements and delivers strategic planning, transaction execution, multi-market location assessments and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of corporations across the globe.
For more than a decade, Brett has provided global transaction management services to companies with multi-market needs. Brett is adept at developing winning transaction strategies, driving negotiations, and providing his clients with responsive and proactive service delivery. He believes in following a disciplined and consistent transaction process because he feels that it gives his clients a competitive advantage to make sound real estate decisions quickly.
