Brian serves as an account director and relationship manager for the Occupier Account Services (‘OAS”) team specializing in representation of national and global corporate occupiers. With a diverse real estate and finance background, Brian brings a consulting mindset with deep strategy and expertise to provide clients actionable real estate tactics and advice that drives shareholder value.

As an account director, Brian overseas portfolios totaling more than 900 locations and more than 200 annual transactions. Driving efficiency through process and technology, while harnessing the unparalleled intelligence and network of CBRE are the keys to his success.

Since joining the OAS team, Brian has been a part of more than $1 billion in transactions and 1,200 projects in 36 countries.

Prior to joining the OAS team, Brian served as a market leader for the CBRE Americas Research team where he provided thought leadership and market intelligence to internal and external clients.
