Courtney specializes best in class delivery of highly thought out transaction management programs to corporate occupiers. Her expertise includes producing, implementing, and streamlining account processes between transaction managers, account teams, and clients. Courtney services a wide range of transactions and clientele across many industry sectors and asset types. Client industry experience includes insurance, medical, home health and hospice, chemicals, lab, R&D, showrooms, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution. End to end transaction experience spans from leasing, subleasing, build-to suit, building acquisitions, building dispositions and land dispositions, including brownfield sites.
Courtney carries out real estate strategies and completes complex transactions aligning real estate initiatives with her clients’ overall business objectives. Courtney drives the transaction process in partnership with her clients and in collaboration with her account team members and network of field brokerage professionals to ensure optimal financial outcome, meeting critical timelines, and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Courtney also trains the team’s incoming Transaction Managers to better equip them with the OAS standard way of business.
