Mark is a member of the Occupier Account Services (“OAS”) team within CBRE’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services whose focus is to leverage CBRE's unique service platform to help clients achieve net zero emissions as quickly as possible and reduce total occupancy costs.

Mark has been a leader in comprehensive evaluation of corporate real estate portfolios to identify cost savings opportunities for more than 15 years on a global basis. He joined CBRE in 2013.

As a collaborator internally and new business development relationship manager, Mark brings the full depth and breadth of CBRE’s different business lines (including Solar Renewable Energy, Incentives, Labor Analytics, Location Intelligence, Corporate Capital Markets, Portfolio Optimization, Supply Chain and Workplace) to focus on clients unique needs and challenges.

Mark prides himself on being customer service oriented and responsive to his clients. Building trust, transparency and accountability are his top professional priorities.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mark was with a top 3 global firm where he acted as the account manager or regional point of contact for multiple clients.

PITNEY BOWES, INC. - Responsible for the Portfolio Management and Strategic Advisory of all corporately owned and leased facilities. Portfolio consists of 265 locations across the Americas and includes 5.5 million SF of properties.
THE SCOTTS MIRACLE-GRO COMPANY - Responsible for Portfolio Management and Strategic Advisory for over 110 locations, consisting of over 2.3 million SF.
