Claire is the lead Financial Analyst on a top performing Advisory & Transaction team, helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy.

Claire is experienced in underwriting complex transactions and assets including development land, multi-residential, office and industrial for a number of institutional and private equity groups. Prior to her current role, Claire was the lead financial analyst supporting a large Capital Markets team across a wide variety of asset classes in the Ontario, Canada marketplace, as well as a financial analyst for a VC startup fund.

Claire graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Co-operative Education. Growing up around the great lakes, Claire enjoys pastimes such as hiking, swimming, kayaking, and boating.
