Purva is a recent college graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. In her undergraduate coursework, she trained in Argus and real estate computer modeling, and studied topics ranging from global strategy to business analytics. Now, she serves as a Financial Analyst on a top performing Advisory and Transactions team focused on optimizing their client’s global real estate portfolios to best serve the client’s business strategy. Her responsibilities include comparative financial analyses, client reporting, and portfolio analytics leveraging her mastery of Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Prior to her current role at CBRE, Purva served as a Market Research Intern on Green Street’s Market Analytics team where she constructed a market grading model for the top 50 US markets. Additionally, she developed a comprehensive market model for Seattle, WA, analyzing metrics like supply barriers and fiscal health to assess long-term rent growth potential.
Purva is a Bay Area local and enjoys spending time doing outdoor sports, dancing, reading, and playing music.
