Nick is First Vice President of a top performing Global Occupier Services team helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy. He assists clients through strategic planning and transaction execution services for Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies, and technology companies ranging from mid-caps to Fortune 500’s. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Nick has completed over 350 transactions across 6 continents.
As a dedicated community leader, Nick serves as Co-Chair of the CoreNet Emerging Leaders - Membership Committee and has held various leadership roles with the CoreNet Apprenticeship Program (CAP) since 2018. He has led CBRE’s team for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley since 2017 and is a proud donor to ChildFund, Ronald McDonald House, Kiva, and Culinary Angels. In recognition of his service, Nick received CBRE’s RISE Values award in 2019.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, a commercial real estate attorney, and embraces his love for the outdoors and physical activity through snowboarding, backpacking, jiu-jitsu, and going to the gym.
