Nick is global account manager on a top performing Advisory & Transaction team helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy. He assists clients by delivering significant value through strategic planning and execution services for Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies, and technology companies ranging from mid-caps to Fortune 500’s. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Nick has completed over 250 transactions across 6 continents.
A Bay Area native, Nick joined CBRE after graduating from San Diego State University. He graduated from the Honors Business Program, Webers Honors College, the Real Estate Society, and Phi Kappa Psi with the distinction of Dean’s List 8 of 8 semesters. He has led the CBRE team for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley since 2017, is a donor for ChildFund, Kiva, and Culinary Angels, and achieved CBRE’s RISE Values award in 2019 for his commitment to service.
Outside of work, Nick embraces his love for the outdoors and physical activity through backpacking, bicycling, snowboarding, and going to the gym. He also makes sure to pet each and every dog in his vicinity and has a pet cat and cockatiel, Kiwi & Gio.
