Nicole is a strategic leader on a top performing Advisory & Transaction team helping companies align their real estate with their business strategy. A master of leveraging the CBRE platform particularly around technology, she elevates her team’s capabilities beyond transaction management into strategic advisory for clients of all sizes. Her use of CBRE’s proprietary analytics mapping interface Dimension and data visualization tools including Tableau have earned her a reputation within the firm as an innovator.
Nicole joined the team in 2017 and has been with CBRE since 2016. She brings a graduate-level certificate in Data Analytics from Northeastern University to the table along with a global perspective, having personally conducted transactions across six continents.
When not strategizing for clients, Nicole is an active participant in downtown revitalization efforts with Main Street Oceanside. She is often found in her cactus & succulent garden, swimming, and spending time with her husband and two hound dogs.
