Lauren is a transaction manager for a top performing Advisory & Transaction team, helping companies align their real estate portfolio with their business strategy. Lauren leverages a background in financial analytics to support clients in managing their portfolio and real estate activities. She has performed complex analyses for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to early stage high-growth companies, and has developed space programming and lease forecasting models to aid clients in their decision making. Since joining CBRE in 2019, Lauren has transacted in over 50 different markets across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
