Katie Thome is a Senior Associate on the Advisory & Transaction Office Agency Leasing team at CBRE Akron, focusing on representing a wide variety of landlords in leasing office and retail properties throughout Northeast Ohio. In addition to her primary focus of office landlord representation, Katie is also adept to representing Occupiers and Investors. Katie’s experience handling properties of all size helps to provide customize solutions that cater to her clients' specific needs.

Katie started her commercial real estate career at CBRE in 2015 within the Project Management team, where she advanced to Associate Director, overseeing the Cleveland-Akron team. After nine years in project management, Katie transitioned into office landlord representation as a Senior Associate, joining a high-profile legacy team in Akron, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to her role.

Katie’s background in Interior Design and Project Management gives her a unique and deep understanding of commercial projects across various commercial real estate sectors. This expertise enables her to assist clients in visualizing their spaces, while her experience in construction, scheduling, and budgeting ensures a strategic approach to enhancing property value and achieving successful selling and leasing results.
