Katie Thome is a Senior Associate within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Office Occupier practice, where she represents tenants across Northeast Ohio in creating real estate strategies aligned with their business vision and operational needs. She works closely with organizations ranging from high‑growth companies to established institutions, guiding them through complex real estate decisions that influence talent attraction, workplace effectiveness, financial performance, and organizational culture.

Katie brings more than a decade of multifaceted industry experience, beginning her career in CBRE’s Project Management group in 2015. She advanced to Associate Director, overseeing the Cleveland–Akron team, leading a wide range of tenant buildouts and large‑scale commercial projects. Her project management foundation gives her a uniquely deep understanding of how real estate decisions translate into design, construction, cost, timeline, and ultimately the tenant experience.

Having managed projects across numerous industries, she understands the pressure points, constraints, and opportunities that occupiers face—allowing her to anticipate challenges, streamline decision‑making, and advocate for clients throughout the entire real estate lifecycle. This blend of design intelligence and execution‑based experience allows her to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery in a way that brings clarity and confidence to occupier clients.
