Steve Voinovich is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with more than 20 years of experience exclusively representing office tenants throughout the Cleveland market and across multimarket portfolios worldwide. He is known for aligning real estate strategy with broader business objectives, helping clients reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and secure market leading lease terms. He applies a disciplined, analytical approach to evaluating renewal and relocation scenarios, ensuring clients have the leverage and insight necessary to make well informed, high value decisions. His involvement extends through build out oversight and move in coordination, creating a seamless, end to end experience with minimal operational disruption.

Our team originally came together over two decades ago as a boutique Tenant Representation firm that was eventually acquired by CBRE.
