Our practice group exclusively represents tenants and end users – we do not represent any commercial landlords or developers in the region, we do not own any commercial properties which may benefit from shifts or moves in the market, and the only fees we collect are established by our clients at the onset of each engagement.

While we are proud of this distinction, it has come as the result of hard work and our focus on the ultimate maxim – to put the client first.
At the same time, we are a small, immediately accessible, and local team. Each of us is a Cleveland-area resident, and has been dedicated personally or professionally to the downtown landscape for many years.
