Ryan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tenant Services Group. He focuses on office and industrial projects from the perspective of occupiers, helping clients to align their real estate with business, financial, and operational objectives. Ryan’s analytic skill allows him and his team not only to evaluate complex transactions from multiple perspectives, but also to develop models of options, strategies, and leverage early in the real estate process. His experience with portfolio consolidations and dispositions has led to larger headquarters office assignments for clients such as The Sherwin-Williams Company, Jones Day, Huntington National Bank, Cuyahoga County, and Forest City.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in Chicago. Following college, he worked as an engineer conducting facility audits of energy use and designed energy conservation programs for clients. While not a practicing engineer today, this skill set carries over in many ways to Ryan’s current projects.
Ryan became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2003, one of the first professionals in Ohio from any industry to do so.
