Professional Experience
Associated Office
Ryan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tenant Services Group. He focuses on office and industrial projects from the perspective of occupiers, helping clients to align their real estate with business, financial, and operational objectives. Ryan’s analytic skill allows him and his team not only to evaluate complex transactions from multiple perspectives, but also to develop models of options, strategies, and leverage early in the real estate process. His experience with portfolio consolidations and dispositions has led to larger headquarters office assignments for clients such as The Sherwin-Williams Company, Jones Day, Huntington National Bank, Cuyahoga County, and Forest City.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in Chicago. Following college, he worked as an engineer conducting facility audits of energy use and designed energy conservation programs for clients. While not a practicing engineer today, this skill set carries over in many ways to Ryan’s current projects.
Ryan became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2003, one of the first professionals in Ohio from any industry to do so.

Team Overview
Specializing in occupier/tenant representation services.
Our practice group exclusively represents tenants and end users – we do not represent any commercial landlords or developers in the region, we do not own any commercial properties which may benefit from shifts or moves in the market, and the only fees we collect are established by our clients at the onset of each engagement.
We believe in the team approach to provide our clients with the best strategy and right skill set for every step of the way. Our team originally came together over two decades ago as a boutique Tenant Representation firm that was eventually acquired by CBRE. Our practice group exclusively represents tenants and end users – we do not represent any commercial landlords or developers in the region, we do not own any commercial properties which may benefit from shifts or moves in the market, and the only fees we collect are established by our clients at the onset of each engagement.
Reliability. Experience. Solutions.
Our team has the platform, perspective, people and proven performance to drive exceptional results for our clients.
Who We Work With
We have had the honor of being the dominant real estate firm in our area. While we are proud of this distinction, it has come as the result of hard work and our focus on the ultimate maxim – to put the client first.
