Anna Kampling Joins CBRE’s Southern California Multifamily Team

CBRE has announced that Anna Kampling has joined the company as a first vice president with its Southern California multifamily investment sales team.  She will work alongside Chris Tresp covering new middle market multifamily properties in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

Kampling joins Southern California’s market-leading multifamily investment sales team, led by Rachel Parsons and Derrek Ostrzyzek. The team focuses on the sale of institutional apartment communities and multifamily development/equity raises throughout the region. Since 2018, the team has successfully completed nearly $12 billion in multifamily transactions.

Kampling joined CBRE from Colliers, where she closed out over $500 million in both private capital and institutional multifamily sales.

The team is comprised of Parsons, Ostrzyzek, Mike Murphy, Kenji Thomas, Tresp with underwriting and research support from Nick Tarantola, JR Calhoun, Mimi Hom-Cochran, LaSonya Dumas and Cheyenne Shorts.
