Demand for CRE&F-related outsourcing solutions is expected to see a major spike in areas including technology, project management, energy & sustainability and workplace strategy.
Additional Chapter Highlights
- Nearly one third of respondents see themselves consolidating their work with suppliers.
- Areas such as Facilities Management, Health, Safety & Environment, and Transaction Management do not show large increases in demand, likely because most CRE&F departments are already leveraging outsourcing providers for these functions.
While most CRE&F leaders in this research study note they are currently using multiple suppliers today, nearly one third of respondents see themselves consolidating their work with fewer suppliers in the next 1-3 years. That said, the single-source outsourcing strategy has seen a marked reduction in 2023 (-14%).
