Since joining CBRE in 2023, Grant has been involved in over $1.5 billion in transactions, encompassing diverse office, industrial, studio, and development projects. He brings specialized expertise to the sale of office, medical office, industrial properties, and land across Southern California. Grant focuses on providing disposition, acquisition, joint venture, recapitalization, and advisory services on behalf of institutional clients, high net worth owners, and foreign investors.

Prior to this, Grant specialized in the marketing and sales of multifamily apartment buildings, industrial properties, and development sites in Los Angeles County. He successfully facilitated sales for private capital owners, helping many long-time owners transition to commercial real estate opportunities that offered enhanced cash flow and minimized management responsibilities.
