Kien Shimabukuro is an Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Newport Beach, California. He is a member of the Investment Properties SoCal—CA/AZ/NV team, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Kien’s team—a leading sales brokerage group with an annual volume exceeding 50 transactions and $1 billion—focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of local, national and foreign investors. His role focuses on the production and delivery of collateral for business development and property marketing, with responsibilities that include market research and synthesis, copy writing, data analysis, and drafting of offering memoranda and pitch books.
Kien joined CBRE in the spring of 2022 and possesses knowledge in sales, marketing and events and has over six years of experience in luxury retail management in Beverly Hills, CA. Kien graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a double major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism.
