James Halepis is a corporate real estate leader and a partner on CBRE’s Occupier Advisory Services team. For the last 20 years, Mr. Halepis has provided organizations with corporate real estate strategy and corresponding execution services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Halepis has structured and/or negotiated over 1,000 real estate transactions with a combined transaction value estimated over $1 Billion. James is adept at helping his clients develop sound real estate portfolio strategies and consistent real estate processes – and helps them not only drive real estate related expense reduction, but also maximizes value from asset monetization. Given his practice’s focus, James has direct experience in most global markets. Perhaps most importantly, James prides himself on being customer service oriented and responsive to his clients, which are his only professional priority.
