Tom Dyer is a member of the Occupier Account Services (“OAS”) team within CBRE whose sole focus is the reduction of total occupancy costs through leverage of CBRE’s unique service platform. Tom has served in various roles on the OAS team since 2010. Tom brings a wealth of corporate real estate experience providing a broad range of services including managing corporate real estate portfolios to identify cost savings opportunities as it relates to consolidation, densification, market recasts and dispositions.

Tom is committed to understanding his clients’ specific business, operating and real estate objectives, and crafting innovative strategies to optimize the value of their real estate footprint. Tom is dedicated to providing exceptional service - always exceeding expectations - and building relationships founded on trust, transparency and accountability.

Prior to joining CBRE, Tom was with a competing top 3 firm where he acted as the account manager or regional point of contact for multiple clients including Interline Brands (Home Depot), Lender Processing Services (Fidelity National Financial), Humana, Raymond James and GSA. In this role, Tom drove real estate strategy across the enterprise and completed numerous transactions of various size and complexity throughout the country.

In 1996, one of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers hired Occupier Account Services (OAS) to provide guidance on its first global corporate real estate program. The client portfolio consisted of multiple product types (industrial, office, retail, land, apartments & highly specialized , etc.), spanned 6 continents, and contained approximately 110 M global square feet. OAS developed a toolkit of standardized processes, reports, and deliverables that were used consistently on all projects around the world and established metrics to evaluate and track both site and portfolio performance.

For 27 years, OAS has maintained its focus on providing scalable, specialized resources to occupier account clients. Its tools, methodologies and technology solutions have been refined countless times and have evolved into market leading solutions. Today, OAS delivers its services through the expertly trained hands of more than 30 corporate real estate specialists. Average tenures across the OAS team are in excess of 7 years, and serve as a testament to the quality of the OAS culture.
