Jenny Jurewicz serves as Client Strategy Consulting Analyst on the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team which specializes in global and national corporate real estate partnerships. CBRE’s GPS team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid- sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

As a member of CBRE’s Global Portfolio Services team Jenny’s focus is on data/ analytics to support client’s real estate needs. Jenny’s responsibilities include assisting with technology systems, developing and deploying data visualization tools, and building client specific real estate strategies.

In collaboration with the team’s Sr. Client Strategy Manager and Transaction Managers, Jenny assists in developing models to answer how real estate decisions will impact a businesses’ financial statements and real estate portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jenny served as an Acquisition Coordinator for PPG Real Estate assisting in underwriting, audits and due diligence reporting.
