Olivia Marcis

Olivia serves as a Transaction Management Analyst on the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team which specializes in global and national corporate real estate partnerships. CBRE’s GPS team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid- sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

As a member of CBRE’s Global Portfolio Services Team, Olivia offers local, regional and national clients the ability to bring together specialized expertise, local market knowledge and personalized service with the skillful scale, scope and reach of CBRE. Bridget has been directly responsible for all aspects of real estate including, but not limited to client strategy, site criteria development, broker management, market tours, negotiations and client reporting and updates. In this capacity Bridget has developed a well-rounded knowledge of retail markets and submarkets, and an analytical approach to efficiently identifying, negotiating, and securing prime locations for her clients.

Olivia brings 15+ years of experience in real estate with special emphasis on site selection, research and data analytics. Prior to joining the Global Portfolio Services team, Bridget worked as a manager for Zonda, serving as an advisor to home builders, land developers and institutional investors regarding residential developments. Prior to Zonda she worked in commercial real estate research and analytics including Xceligent and Colliers International.
