Markus serves as a Sr. Transaction Manager on the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team. This team actively manages global client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders. With a unique blend of experience in corporate real estate advisory, project management, and construction engineering, Markus brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to his role.

This marks Markus' second tenure with CBRE, having previously served a decade with the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division as Director of Project Management on the Amazon, Microsoft, and MultiCare Accounts. Prior to rejoining CBRE, he led a transaction management team at a major multinational technology firm, where he successfully identified and procured Last-Mile Delivery Stations in rural metropolitan statistical areas across the United States.  Markus draws on a wide breadth of industries and experience delivering critical infrastructure, technology, healthcare, industrial, civil, and workplace projects.  His strategic mindset and adeptness in navigating complex negotiations have consistently delivered favorable outcomes for his clients.
