Joining CBRE in 2014, Connie serves as the Client Services Team Lead for the Transaction & Advisory services team based in Cleveland, Ohio. This team actively manages global client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

Experience

Connie Lindemann is a business management professional with extensive experience in real estate, marketing, office administration, business operations, and the planning and support of daily operational functions. Ms. Lindemann specializes in multi-market real estate services for corporate clients, including the management and implementation of technology systems; developing and deploying data visualization tools; and building client specific real estate strategies. Connie plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations for the market leading team collaborating on business development and the creation of exceptional visual aids and marketing materials for both client engagement and deliverables.

Connie overseas client service operations for the team to maximize the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and managing the marketing and sales support functions. Connie works with her colleagues daily to provide feedback and recommendations on marketing practices and strategies that deliver real estate solutions, business development strategies and internal operations and processes to consistently deliver best in class marketing and client services.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Lindemann worked in the LIHTC industry for a national developer where her responsibilities included marketing, investor relations and operations. In addition to her real estate experience, Ms. Lindemann brings a depth of knowledge and robust skillset in marketing, business operations and customer relations both in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
