As a member of CBRE’s Global Portfolio Services team Lucas’s focus is Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services (A&T). Lucas offers local, regional and national clients the ability to bring together specialized expertise, local market knowledge and personalized service with the skillful scale, scope and reach of CBRE. Lucas has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate, finance and operations, and a proven record of thorough analysis, reporting, process improvement, operations, and management across several industries and at all company levels. His high-quality work product and critical thinking has resulted in bottom line increases and operational efficiencies across all sizes of companies ($10MM to $2BB in revenues).

Lucas specializes in tenant representation for a Fortune 100 logistics company looking to expand and optimize their national footprint; included site requirements, market studies, travelling within each market, property identification, feasibility analysis, site selection, LL negotiations, and post- implementation follow-up.

Most recently, Lucas was the site selection leader for a large-scale e-commerce roll out at CBRE. He managed the end-to-end process from the requirements discussions to site selections through lease executions and post-implementation support as needed.

His prior work included being the Director of Retail Real Estate and Facilities for the largest Jiffy Lube franchise, managing a portfolio of over 550 locations. This involved iterative analysis and optimization of the retail portfolio: negotiating existing leases, identifying, and evaluating new acquisition opportunities, disposal of underperformers, and a thorough understanding of the franchisee system activity and the competitive landscape. He also served previously as a retail investment specialist for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties throughout the United States.
