Nicole Albers is a Senior Lease Administration Analyst on the Cleveland-based Global Portfolio Services team. This team actively manages global client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.

Nicole’s focus is on prompt invoice and rent file processing, quality control of abstracted data, monthly reporting and client communication for accounts represented. She partners with clients to ensure needs are met, and is available where needed to meet team goals. Nicole strives to ensure clients receive best in class services and excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Nicole began her real estate career in 2005 as a Realtor. After a few exciting years she was offered a role in the Accounting Department at her brokerage. In that role she reviewed hundreds of contracts specifically related to commissions. She then joined CBRE in April of 2017 as Transaction Coordinator focusing on commissions and deal file accuracy and compliance.

In just under three years she was promoted to Supervisor and oversaw operations for Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, and other Midwest locations. She also lead training for new Transaction Coordinators and CBRE Brokers. In 2022 Nicole became a Senior Lease Administrative Analyst bringing her extensive real estate experience to the Global Portfolio Services team.
